The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Arabic.
· English – B2
· Ability to work from the office in Lublin.
· Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).
· Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.

· Fully paid training program in English (7 days).
· Salary: 7500 PLN gross + Bonus up to 500 PLN gross after probation period.
· Employment contract for full time (1st contract – 3 months, after probation period, we extend the contract to fixed-term according to business needs and Employee’s performance).
· Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday. 8 hours daily with 30 min of break included.
· Working days: Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, a few times a month working Saturdays.
