Your responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to existing customers of one of the popular mobile network operators
- Advising and up-selling users higher packages
- Offering customers transfers: from offline to online / from pre-paid to post-paid packages
- Providing exceptional service and high levels of user satisfaction
Our requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch (min. B2) and English (min. B1)
- Communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Fast learner with sales mindset
- Previous experience in customer service / sales is not required but is a plus
