So, what’s the role all about?

  • Deliver high-touch customer care to users' queries while keeping up the Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)

  • Ensure all customers' questions are addressed accordingly

  • Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services

  • Effectively manage time and tasks to ensure the proper procedures are followed

You are the one we’re looking for if you have:

  • Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal

  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation

  • The ability to identify and understand client needs and match their pace

  • Passion  and curiosity for E-commerce products

  • Previous experience in similar role would be a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent diploma) is an advantage
