Your responsibilities:

• Daily telephone contact with business customers (outbound calls) in English
• Providing the customer with professional information about our offerings
• Presenting the benefits and advantages of our e-commerce product to the customer
• Cooperation with Team Leaders and Mentors

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the C1 level
• Enthusiasm in dealing with other people
• Willingness to develop, learn new skills
• Focus on quality
• Communication skills - especially the verbal ones
